Statement of Compliance

GayFlixx (gayflixx.com, reels.gayflixx.com, comics.gayflixx.com) is operated as a content aggregation and discovery platform. We are a secondary producer as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

GayFlixx does not produce, film, or create any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct. All such content displayed on the Sites is embedded from third-party platforms that are the primary producers of that content and the custodians of all required records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

Custodians of Records

All records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 with respect to the visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct appearing on the Sites are maintained by the primary producers and original studios responsible for producing that content. These include but are not limited to:

To request access to the 2257 records for any specific visual depiction, please contact the primary producer of that content directly. GayFlixx does not maintain, and is not required to maintain, copies of 2257 records for content it does not produce.

Performer Age Verification

All performers who appear in visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct on the Sites were 18 years of age or older at the time of production. This is confirmed by the primary producers of the content, who are responsible for verifying performer ages and maintaining the required documentation.

GayFlixx prohibits any content depicting minors or the sexualisation of minors. We take immediate action to remove any such content upon notification. If you believe any content on the Sites depicts a minor, please contact us immediately at legal@gayflixx.com.

Exemption Applicable to Secondary Producers

As a secondary producer that does not produce, direct, or create any of the sexually explicit content displayed on the Sites, GayFlixx qualifies for the secondary producer exemption under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(2). We do not insert sexually explicit content into the Sites; we provide hyperlinks and embedded players that direct users to content hosted on third-party platforms.
