DMCA Policy

Overview

GayFlixx respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"). We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement promptly and in accordance with the DMCA.

Important: GayFlixx is a content aggregation platform. We do not host video files. All videos on the Sites are embedded from third-party platforms (XHamster, Pornhub, XVideos, BoyFriendTV, ePorner, and others) using their own publicly available embed players. The video files themselves reside on those third-party servers.

If you are the rights holder of content that is hosted on one of these third-party platforms, the most effective course of action is to submit a DMCA takedown notice directly to that platform, which will cause the embed on our Sites to break automatically. We have also provided our own notice process below.

Filing a Takedown Notice

To notify us of alleged copyright infringement, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent at dmca@gayflixx.com containing all of the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list.
2. Identification of the infringing material — The URL(s) on the Sites where the allegedly infringing material appears, sufficient to allow us to locate it.
3. Your contact information — Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement— A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
6. Signature — Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices that do not include all required elements may not be actioned. Misrepresentation of infringement may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

What Happens After You File

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the notice for completeness and validity;
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the notice is valid;
• Notify the relevant third-party platform if the content is hosted there;
• Respond to you confirming the action taken.

We aim to action valid notices within 5 business days of receipt.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@gayflixx.com containing:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared;
2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
4. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which GayFlixx may be found);
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material after 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and our commitment to protecting intellectual property rights, we maintain a policy of terminating or blocking access for users or parties who are found to be repeat infringers.
